You perfectly understand. The problem is that Netatmo support is very disappointing. My thermostat worked fine for 2 years, then suddenly it starts acting as yours, letting the temperature oscillate, but support does not help.

After 3 weeks (!!!) I had an answer from Netatmo support: they have restarted my algorithm, so now (after 2 years of operations) I have to wait 2 weeks more before having again a stable operation.
Very very disappointed by this product.

Lamp has lost sensitivity

in the last weeks it seems my Presence lamp is losing "sensitivity". In order to let the lamp light on, you must be very close to it (1 meter), while before it was lighting on even at 3-4 meters. This is very uncomfortable in the night when approaching home.

What can I do?

Yes, I confirm many problems since yesterday here too. I hope it doesn't last for all the holidays.

REQUEST to NetAtmo: please provide a site to check for servers availability/failures.
