Re: PID unreliable

Got the update. Now let's wait for the 12 days to calculate the new PID

Re: Display rotation on thermostat!

No answers, neither from the support.
I had to remove the wall frame and reinstalled it rotated by 90°.

Re: PID unreliable

I wrote to the support, but no answer yet. Is there a way to "force" the update?

PID unreliable

After 2 years of good working, my PID seems now crazy and the thermostat acts as it was constantly in Hystereris mode.

This is my firmware:

Firmware:
Relè (g3458e0): 210
Termostato ( j34153a): 72

Can I pls have the newest firmwares available?

Display rotation on thermostat!

I have just replaced the batteries in my Thermostat (due to low battery notice) but when I have reinstalled it the display is rotated by 90 degrees (see picture). How can I rotate the display back in vertical as it was before?

Re: Algorithm get lost?

You perfectly understand. The problem is that Netatmo support is very disappointing. My thermostat worked fine for 2 years, then suddenly it starts acting as yours, letting the temperature oscillate, but support does not help.

Re: Algorithm get lost?

After 3 weeks (!!!) I had an answer from Netatmo support: they have restarted my algorithm, so now (after 2 years of operations) I have to wait 2 weeks more before having again a stable operation.
Very very disappointed by this product.
