I installed the card last year in March and it is still recording new videos. There are videos longer than 5 minutes.

How can I contact the eshop ? No phone number on the eshop page.

Bought and paid two Presence Cameras and received a rain gauge for the weather station !

Hi Jofre, on the 17.1.17 I received an answer from your colleague Adrian. He told me everything looks fine. Camera has connection and if there are still any problems ? My problem is, the camera has connection to you, but still a black screen, no new records since the 13.1.17, but I can view old reco...

Again a couple of days later. Still no answer from the support ! Maybe you should spent more time in support for your sold products. Going to return my camera or light or whatever it should be, when I'm back home. Maybe an implementation of a remotely reboot would be a solution for all the customers...

Maybe an implementation of a remotely reboot would be a solution for all the customers with the black screen problem ?

So they can restart the camera when they're away from home !

Maybe a quick solution is better than no solution !!!

Camera app shows a black screen and no live feed since last week Friday . Support suggestions a Speedtest - 200down/200up all other connected things are working without any problems. No solution yet and nothing heard from support again. A software, firmware or a hardware problem ? Or do the customer...
