Re: How to force firmware update

Restart didnt help. Opened a support ticket, and now the waiting begins... :-( First the disaster with the bot...

Re: How to force firmware update
Finally got fw 2.20.0. I like the function where you can turn off the chime for a given period of time if you do not want to be disturbed. You also now have the option of permanently disabling indoor chime if you have installed your doorbell without a wired chime. Bonus: I also got better wifi recep...

Re: Flashing green LED and unable to perform reset

Re: Firmware 3.5.1
Hello. Just a little update. I received this email today from support after I contacted them yesterday and a few hours after reading the email, all three of my outdoor cameras were updated with fw 3.5.1. So far, so good :) Gladys (Netatmo) Jan 25, 2022, 9:02 GMT+1 Dear user Thank you for your messag...

Re: What to expect from Netatmo
My wifi router is literally 2 meters away from the doorbell! I have max wifi signal on my mobile phone and tablet at the door. What is the problem here?

Hi
Did you find any fix for this?
I have exactly the same issue as you. I’m on firmware 2.18.0. btw.
