Mine was updated this morning to 2.20.0, and has stopped working right after. (still connected to Wifi with strong signal, but does not show the video feed nor does it trigger recordings). Finally got fw 2.20.0. I like the function where you can turn off the chime for a given period of time if you do not want to be disturbed. You also now have the option of permanently disabling indoor chime if you have installed your doorbell without a wired chime. Bonus: I also got better wifi recep...

Strange. It should not behave as you describe it if you have followed the reset procedure correctly. Before you ask Netatmo about a replacement unit, you can check if the two fuses are in order if you have access to a multimeter. No fw update here either ... come on Netatmo, get up to speed on this long awaited update. I really miss a function where you can download and install fw versions of your choice on Netatmo products.

My wifi router is literally 2 meters away from the doorbell! I have max wifi signal on my mobile phone and tablet at the door. What is the problem here? 😩
