Re: Slow FTP upload

I used to have my cameras setup for both Dropbox and ftp upload and used to get lots of ftp upload issues.

Since I use only ftp now the uploads seem more stable.

Re: New Indoor Camera coming?

Not heard anything about a new camera but mine was replaced a few months ago due to IR issues too.

Snooze feature for notifications

Have posted for this before but now there is a feature request forum it’s worth another shot. Please consider adding a snooze feature for temporarily disabling alerts, ideally on a per camera basis. Sometimes I might be gardening or washing the car, I would rather keep the cameras enabled and record...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

Nice idea. Though the IFFT api for netatmo actions only lets you set your self to away or the whole house.

There’s no action possible such as set your self to home or adjustment of any notification settings.

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

Hmm. I agree. It’s odd that they can’t support geofencing for presence only customers. And now you mention it I think you are right that welcome geofencing only works when leaving the house. I suppose everyone has slightly different configurations and preferences it’s hard to accommodate them all, b...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

Hmm, so I just set my sliders to the same as yours. Will see if it makes any difference but I think 23:59 > 23:59 seems to have the same effect as send notifications all the time.

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

That's really odd that it's missing! I wonder if it's because yours is in German? You might be worthwhile contacting support to see if they can shed any light? I believe it's in addition to geofencing but I've always had the time interval set the way it is on my screen shot (i.e always notify me at ...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

Thats strange, I have the same version on iOS too. I do have Welcome and Presence cameras but the option is under the Presence heading.

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

In the app, hit the "..." in the top right corner and select the "Alert & recording settings" near the bottom of the screen. There should be a section labeled "Receive Presence Notifications" where you can adjust a slider for from and to when you want notifications under the condition of always or o...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!

That I believe is already possible.

Under alert and record settings you can set a block of time each day that you recieve notifications.

But it does come with some limitations that it’s one one block of time per day and the same block of time every single day.
