Apparently a fix for 130 is out (132) but I can still not install it by connecting Netatmo base station to my PC and rerun setup, is there something I'm doing wrong?

Same here, I do not understand how to manually trigger a firmware update.
I have tried connecting the main module to a PC and rerun Wifi setup.
Also tried to configure Wifi via iphone app. Still on version 124.

I tried the following with some success. 1. Place your unit outside (make sure they are protected from rain or extreme temperatures etc) 2. Begin manual calibration. 3. Wait until the word "Calibration" stops flashing in the web app. (approx 6 hours). 4. Your units should display a co2 of around 400...

I have the same problem as you...
Did turning off the station for two days and then calibrate solve your issue?
