The "Improve Detection" does absolutely nothing to the detection algorithm installed on the camera as the cameras have no intelligence. We were told in the first year of release that each improvement image is sent to Netatmo who have to manually check each image before supposedly working on new algo...

OK, sounds like you have monitoring setup correctly. Have you checked the Floodlight Intensity is not set to Zero in Floodlight Settings, click on the Cog icon on the Floodlight Row. If you can’t suspend monitoring it would normally mean not correctly communicating with the Netatmo Server. Whenever this has happened to me i switched off power to the camera, waited 30 seconds and then reconnected which clears any issue with the link to the Netatmo Server. Hasn’t happened for a lo...

After you renabled notifications, did the timeline show the earlier events that were missing?

Have you tried restarting both cameras. Normally clears any issues.

Woukd also restart your access point first in case that is the cause of the issue.
