Re: Camera glass weathered
@Subzero And that's exactly what I will be doing. Already switching to an alternative smart lock and smart smoke alarm. Timely support of most of the products is lagging, as are software updates, making most of Netatmo's products overprized.

Re: Camera glass weathered
Unfortunately Netatmo just informed me that it appears not to be possible to replace the weathered glass in front of the camera.
This means I need to decide if I am going to retire my 4 year old camera or replace the glass myself. Not really the quality I expected from Netatmo..

Camera glass weathered
All my shots with the Presence camera have a slight waze or smudge on the top part of the recordings. At first I thought the angle of the sun could be the cause, but even when the sun is shining from another angle the effect is visible. Then I noticed the glass in front of the camera appeared to be ...

Re: Problem with power supply
Everything has been working fine for a week but now I get these messages again. Can somebody confirm another transformer will solve this problem? Your timeline does not show any power saving mode messages, but I am not sure this always is the case. Guess you are running firmware 71 ? When does this...

Re: How is the chime module triggered?
The chime module is a "smart resistor". If nobody is pressing the doorbell the chime module acts as a resistor. This means the current is drawn through the resistor to power the doorbell. Without chime module, all the current would be drawn through the chime and it would constantly ring. I...

Re: Problem with power supply
@EdK - You are right. The new timeline you have added clearly shows a power shortage. The bare minimum for the doorbell is 8V 1A. Did you check that ? If that that is ok, a long distance / long wires from transformer to the doorbell could be a problem. Better will be a transformer of 8V 2A, or even ...
