Re: Valve temperature stuck

So the valve is closing/opening as expected and controlling the boiler in association with the Thermostat all as expected? QUESTION: When is this firmware being generally rolled out then? Exactly, with last fw valves are closing/opening as expected etc...no more issues. The only feature which I dou...

Re: Battery dry very hard

Had same issue on 2 of 11 valves, (got a "--" sign on valve display), problem disappeared with new V50 fw + fresh new batteries...so not a hardware problem :-)

Good morning , i'm having same issue on valves with s/n 09:00:00:00:61:91 and 09:00:00:00:69:bb, plus wrong temp displaying on other valve with s/n 09:00:00:00:60:ef (probably showing fahrenheit instead of celsius degrees). Re: Valves not closing after a few days

HI Brieuc.

I was having same issue with brand new installation, I simply solved the issue by applying WD40 spray on the center pin of the valve (NOT on the NETATMO, which was of course removed before applying WD40). Also, manually pushing two or three times the pin after the WD40 helped too.

Replacing visible IR LEDs

Hi. I bought the Presence security camera for its design, because (maybe) a burglar wouldn't notice the small CCD sensor hidden below the light...and would just think it's simply a light with a motion detection sensor. Then, last night i managed to see IR leds light form far away (red lights), and I...
