Yes I have this also. Doorbell working in HomeKit but not the Netatmo app. I’ve tried the configure multiple times but nothing happens.

Mine have all updated to 3.5.3 also from 3.5.1. No change that I can see. HKSV still not working.

All of my cameras were updated to 3.5.1 yesterday. Night recordings are back now but also so are the false positives. In the day, 3.2.3 definitely had better detection but just non-existent at night. Hopefully they Netatmo can sort the new algorithms so they work in the day and at night at some poin...

I have 4 outdoor cameras, a welcome and a door bell. None of the outdoor cameras record reliably in to HKSV. I get a recoding or 2 every few days but never from all of the cameras on the same day. I'd return to using the Netatmo app for recording and notifications but it's options are far too limite...

OK, with help from Netatmo support on resetting the door bell, it's back up and running.

Go to advanced search
