Ok thanks. But i dont think that i can do that on my own I mean i understand that i need a server, ok. But how do i create the, for example, light.phb. I saw the read me files and the coding but how do i create the final .phb or api out of the coding lines? I just would need the notification on/off...

Does that just turn on off the lights or the whole cam? You can do both, see the readme on github. I use it to turn on off notifications when at home or away from home. Thanks a lot.
