Thank you for the clarification. Given that the range of the equipment is insufficient, I will return the equipment for refund. I hope that Netatmo may find a way to increase the range of their equipment of to provide some form of repeater to extend the signal

I, yes I have just walked into the same problem with a 4 bed bungalow of about 180sq m. I cannot get any signal from the bedroom area, and to move the relay from the boiler would require a lot of wire. I had assumed that the valves and the relay linked to each other via the home wifi, and talked to ...

Hi thanks for your post. Sorry, I may not be understanding properly. My understanding was that the relay and the valves connected to the home wifi, and that they talked to each other over that. So provided that you had a wifi signal near every radiator and the relay, then you would be OK. However it...

Setpoint temperature drops

I am testing the connection between the relay and my new Thermostat, so the relay is not connected to the boiler yet. Having set the required temperature to 19 degrees after about 7 hours it suddenly drops to 12 degrees.

Can anyone tell me why or is this not normal?
