Re: Valves reports bad battery while its totally full
Installing the adhesives helps but I got another false warning recently after being away from home for a few days. House cooled down to below 18C. After coming back and turning on the heat, my bathroom valve gave me batteries empty. Re-inserting the same batteries cleared the error and the valve con...

Re: Valve battery life
So there’s a problem: my kids bedroom is out of batteries AGAIN and I replaced them a few weeks back. Someone from Netatmo please help. We started our heating season and as soon as I touch the valves, the low battery warning kicks in

Re: Valve battery life
So I bought and replaced the batteries and funny thing is, the old ones have over 70% capacity left. It's just not enough for the valves and they display the battery icon and refuse to work anymore. The batteries are good enough even for RC toys. SW fix possible?

Valve battery life
Netatmo promises 2-year battery life on the Smart Valves yet 2 of my 4 valves (kids room first followed by the master bedroom) ran out of battery after exactly 1 year. That is way less than promised (along with the promised open window detection) Signal strength 4 bars, relay in the next room...

Re: Valves not closing after a few days
Removing Home kit didn’t help in my case, one day after calibration, my bedroom got heated to 23 degrees with setpoint at 17 degrees :( I am more and more dissapointed with the valves even though I still love my Thermostat. I guess I understand why it took so long between announcement and actual rel...

Re: Suggestion: room based heating, not thermostat heating
Is it just me or do others have problems too? Valves temperatures are all over the place, jumping up and down without heating or opening windows. Boiler is running, rooms are heated over 24 degrees C while app thinks&shows no heating. I switched back to the ECO mode, the new COMFORT was unusable...
