Re: Missing temperature of weather station in heating graph
Me too, but since 01:00 am it's there again. The whole weather station was offline yesterday since 06:00 pm, but I think in my case this occured after an update of my router operating system. Why? I don't know, should not have happened, no problems with other devices. But after a soft reset (removin...

Re: Missing temperature of weather station in heating graph
Thank you, very good. But it seems that Netatmo should invest more time and money for testing the software. Features, that stop working correctly and have worked before, are very annoying for customers. If that happens too often, the customers become displeased. Please keep that in mind. Would be a ...

Re: Missing temperature of weather station in heating graph
Now the next graph is missing: Boiler heating time is not shown anymore. What's going on, Netatmo?

Re: Missing temperature of weather station in heating graph
To be more precise: I suppose that the thermostat still uses the outside temperature, because the Smartphone app shows the correct outside temperature on the top bar of the main app screen and it is the same as shown in the corresponding Netatmo weather app. But also in the Smartphone app of the the...

Missing temperature of weather station in heating graph
Hello, I own the Netatmo thermostat for boilers and bought the Netatmo weather station a few days later. As soon as connected I immediately saw the outdoor temperatur line in the energy graph. But since yesterday the blue line is suddenly missing, also for the days ago where it was shown. Amazingly ...

I also had to unscrew and remove the semitransparent plastic box to see the real ports to use behind/under the ports you can see in the pictures...

Re: Vaillant Thermoblock atmoTEC VCW 245 XE
Before connection try: 2017-09-19 03.16.55.jpg I have removed the cable on pin 5 (and added brown isolation) and cut the cables 3 and 4 in the middle and connected the Netatmo cables to the end of the cables at pin 3+4. 2017-10-13 23.10.50.jpg I do not know what's about the other end of the two cabl...

Re: Vaillant Thermoblock atmoTEC VCW 245 XE
What black box do you mean? Where did you connect the 3+4 cables of Netatmo? I have also a Vaillant (Thermoblock) and I removed the wires on 3+4+5, like they are visible in your pictures. But my problem is the following: I did not have a thermostat in the room before. But on ports 3-5 there was a th...
