I always got very good support from Netatmo but this time I am really not satisfied. The relay stopped working (no power anymore) so I sent it back (44EUR repair costs plus shipping costs); after 3 days they sent it back to me and the LED does not blink when I plug into an outlet. Finally I got it working, in the app I see the serial number but radio signal and battery have a question mark; I also have no data for me, do I need just to wait?

I had the same problem, replaced the SD, but now all the faces are not recognised, even if all profiles are still there, but their strength is "red".

Outdoor module failed
Hi all,
outdoor module failed; the original batteries failed and lost all the liquid inside the module.
After discussions with Netatmo, I cleaned up the module but the green LED does not get ON and it is not pairing with the main module.
I bought the station 7 months ago.

I had two ideas: 1. weak WiFi 2. Camera was connected to a multiple power strip Then, I changed the position of the Welcome and connected directly to a wall power outlet and now it is much better. Also the face recognition is much much better; before it was attached to a wall and tilted a little bit...

I also have v160 for relais, 64 for thermostat but still 41 for valves? don't they get updated to a newer version?
