Re: Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat
I would like to test that kind of setup but customer support told me that I will lost all the collected data. Do you know if there is a way to avoid that? BTW, I'm not sure this will work for me: for example one of the three thermostat is often in the "away" status, and I will be unable to...

Re: Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat
The point is: when I bought the Weather station I was able to use it as a source of the three thermostats, now I can't. I'm a software engineer, and I can't understand why Netatmo changed this behavior. Basically the weather station is useless at the moment and I'm not happy at all since the specs c...

Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat
Hello, I have 3 different thermostats in the same building. Each of them should be independent and they were configured as separate houses inside Netatmo portal. When I bought the weather station I was able to use its data inside every thermostat, but now I am unable to do the same. Customer support...

Re: Valve a bit unscrewed
Hi Brieuc, I have the caleffi valve too and I'm wondering if the problem about losing calibration is in some way linked to this. Unfortunately, some days ago, I founded my valve on the floor with the external plastic broken. I can understand it's hard to fit every kind of valve bodies but I'm really...

Re: Valves not closing after a few days
Problem is still existing. I had opened a ticket with support, they came back to me last Wednesday asking if problem still exists ... I hope they start working/analyzing the situation soon. I think everybody who experiences a similar behavior should open a ticket. -Markus Hi, In fact it is not nece...

Re: Valves not closing after a few days
Same problem here. I want to hear some news from Netatmo and then I will decide if bring them back or not. This product seems to be still in a beta stage but I paid the full price and I'm not sure this issue is fixable by a sw update.
I hope to hear someone from netatmo really soon!

Maybe you can add this information in the app/portal and log this information in the graph.
