Re: Firmware updates
Hi, These update procedures are not easy to understand and the version information is also inaccurate or there is a typo... I have now gotten what I think is the latest firmware on both my stations, one v2 and one v3, and also all mye external modules are eventually upgraded. It took about two weeks...

Re: Rechargable Accu Experience
Hi, Search through the forum for this topic. Been up several times over many years. I did not bother to use rechargeable, as good lithium-iron batteries lasts for more than 2 years with my usage and my conditions. Some have gotten good results with rechargeable. Others, also the same experience as y...

Re: v190
Hi,
Well. This indicate that the problem is recognised and probably also fixed in the last version.
I will wait instead of bothering them with opening tickets. Everything works, so I am good...

Hi,
Thanks. Then I am not alone...
Have you opened a ticket with Netatmo for this?

Re: v190
Hi, I have gotten the base stations updated to v200, but the external modules are still at the same old level. The updates information on this forum states that I should add another 3 days for the modules to update themselves, but it has been a week now. I will wait until next week and create a tick...

Re: Room Thermostat shows permanently empty batteries
Hi, I have had the same experience with one of my thermostats. It has been problematic for a while, draining the batteries very quickly, but last weekend it also stated even new batteries as empty. I had some spare thermostats in hand, so I switched it for a new. This one is working. Unfortunately, ...

Re: v190
Hi, I have the same question as sambol. Anyone actually gotten the v190 firmware? I have a v2 and a v3 station. None of them are upgraded and the new firmware was released in October. Understand that there are probably thousands of stations needed to be upgraded, but still. I am not in a hurry. Ever...

Re: HomeKit looks to be getting humidity and air quality automation triggers
Hi, The functionality has been around for a while, we have just not been able to configure it from HomeKit. I use the Eve app, that I use to configure my Eve smart pugs. With this app, you can actually trigger on ie. humidity. It has been available for a while, but you need an external app to config...

Re: What is the IP address of my weather station??
Hi, Not found any ways to confirm this. I would prefer this information to be available from the device GUI. Maybe this can be suggested as a new feature to Netatmo development. Most personal routers will probably provide this information, but some internet providers offer routers you cannot see the...
