Re: Wire help, replacing existing thermostat

Ok, try to reconnect the two wires to the thermostat and pay attention to install the thermostat correctly on the wall base. Then increase the setpoint temperature above the ambient temperature. Try to hear a "click" from the thermostat and take a look if the white led on the relais is on. If the le...

Re: how to fix the relè in a 503 wall box

Yeah in this way is more difficult because you need to fix in some way the base of the relais, otherwise it will be not perpendicular!
Try to fix the base of the relais on the back of the 503 cover!

Re: Wire help, replacing existing thermostat

Please, give us more detail.
Are you installing the thermostat in wired or wirelss mode?
After you connected the two wires to the thermostat (the part with the display), the relais is plugged in the socket?

Re: how to fix the relè in a 503 wall box

yeah, i've fixed the thermostat to the 503 box.
But instead of cutting the cover, why don't you make on the cover 3 hole (1 for the cables and 2 for the screw) and you dont fix the support of the relè directly on the cover?

Re: Replacing existing wireless thermostat

i've prepared an image to explain better.
You need to put the thermostat between the pin 7 and 8 on X9 connector.
Then you need to put a little piece of cable to connect pin 1 & 4 and pin 3 & 4 on X2 conector. Only in this way the boiler will function properly!

Re: Website: Multiple homes

i think you need to reinstall two thermostat, when you start the procedure to install the thermostat, the app asks you if you want to install it in an existing home, or create a new one!
