Re: Do the tags also work on sliding doors?

Yes they do. I have a sensor on a sliding door which is made of aluminium and it works perfectly :)

Automatically set to ‘Away’ at night

Hi all, Posted this in another thread but thought I’d make a dedicated thread for those browsing the forum for such a function. As I discovered recently, geo-location has a major flaw - if you go to sleep, the system remains disarmed which allows someone to break in during the night.. To get around ...

Re: Arm/Disarm Alarm

Just as an update to those not satisfied with the current home/away implementation provided by Netatmo as per my above explanation. I have found a good workaround (if you have iOS). 1. Re: Outdoor Siren

Hi Teamtaylor84, Yes, the Indoor siren can be activated manually from within the app. You can also manually activate pre-recorded sounds such as a dog barking, baby crying or hoover. Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically trigger an alarm or sound based on any activity from a presence camer...

Real-time Video/Snapshot Upload

Hi there, I would like to request a real-time upload feature. Whether it's cloud-based, FTP-only, whatever, just please do "something". I was recently burgled and incredibly, the intruders walked past my cameras a couple of times and didn't think to destroy them. This got me thinking however, what i...

Re: Arm/Disarm Alarm

Hi Leonardo, 1 - The welcome camera will be "armed" when it considers you "home". This is determined by a successful facial recognition of an authorised person. The point at which someone is no longer considered "home" but "away" can be configured in one of two ways: a) countdown timer (configurable...

Re: New Siren causing issues

Hi JTT, Currently, every camera that has a Siren needs to identify a known face in order to be disarmed. We're working on a solution that will allow all the cameras in the home to disarm at once. Thanks for your patience. Hi, Is there any update on this? I have recently purchased an extra siren plu...

Re: Lots of false positives

I am getting exactly the same problem. I have had to adjust the detection zones but it somewhat defeats the purpose as now the camera is not monitoring the full zone that I want it to.
