The response by Netatmo is worrying!

The fact that the servers keep going down indicate major problems with Netatmo. The fact that they are not keeping us informed speaks volumes. I think Netatmo's days are over. I can only fear the worst!

Same here in the UK. I would expect Netatmo to report such a problem on this forum/FB Page. Possibly they are not very professional or do not care about their customers?
