Hi,
This is a smart thermostat so yes you can control it using your mobile phone or desktop. You can set any schedule based on your needs. If internet goes down the thermostat will stick to the schedule you've set.

Are there any updates on the 'True Temperature' issue? Can Netatmo inform us if they're planning to fix this as the temperature displayed on the valve is not the actual temperature in the room? I get minimum 1 degree Celcius difference between the valve and a room thermometer. This 1 degree of diffe...

I don't think you can do anything about it. True temperature clearly doesn't work for anyone and this has been clearly stated by numerous people in this forum. The temperature at the valves is way off.
Hopefully Netatmo will address the issue soon as many people are very frustrated.

True temp never worked for me. I need to readjust it on a continuous basis to get the right temperature. I hope Netatmo fixes it soon as i'm getting really frustrated with this.

Hi all,
Is it just me or the November energy report hasn't been issued yet? I always get my energy reports on the 1st of each month but nothing has been sent yet. I also tried to access it through my account on the netatmo website but the latest one they have there is the one of October.

Hi Tom,
Yes what you wrote makes sense. Under "Comfort Priority" mode if you set the thermostat at a low temperature you will be able to control the boiler only via the valves.
