My one has the same problem. Netatmo has authorised a replacement but I have pay the postage to send the faulty one back to France. Not impressed with the with their after sale service!!!

Presence Floodlight and IR not working
The floodlight and infrared light on my Presence has stopped working. The camera is working fine but there is no light at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
