Re: An error occurred, please try again later??

I've had a ticket going with them for around 14 days but they kept trying to get me to move my access point closer even though its within 5 meters of the camera. And yes it began happening after january i think. I gave up on their support though and have planned to replace these expensive crappy cam...

Re: Feature Request for Alert Zones

I've been wanting this feature since the first day i got it! I have the exact same scenario as you with a road going diagonally to the cameras view, and its a pain to try and create steps as alert zones

Re: Current Camera Issues

Mine has also begun to disconnect all the time. I have two cameras and it happens to both of them. Monitoring them with ping i can see that they sometimes respond fine and nicely for 30 minutes and then the requests begun to slowly get more and more timeouts untill its almost completely unable to re...

Re: "Video Unavailable. The camera is disconnected"

Well then it looks like I'm not the only one then. I was about to create a topic. But within the last month one of my two presence cameras (the one being closest to my access point mind you, 5 meters with one wall in between) constantly dissconnects and reconnects. Its like happening once every 15 m...

Re: Alert Zones for the Welcome Camera

I too would like this And while we are at it, why is it STILL only possible to draw boxes as alert zones ? I mean comon, i have a road on one of my cameras going diagonally that i don't want to get notified about, and i cant even draw alert zone "stairs" along it because it is limited to o...

How to dismantle Netatmo Presence ?

My camera died the other day, because of some power issues. I want to take it apart so that i can take a look at the cameras powersupply, and maybe fix it. When taking the lid of for the SD card you can make out 6 umbraco screws holding the bottom plastic part including pcb and cooling. So if i can ...

Re: Wind gauge not reliable

Also take a look at this screenshot . This is from the day i mention above where there was a 23 m/s reading on gusts (just before midnight so not in this screenshot). Throughout the night the wind actually increased in strength untill early morning where it was at its highest, yet something seem to ...

Wind gauge not reliable

Am i the only one thinking the wind gauge is unreliable in its readings? Today mine just measured 15 m/s in wind gusts, which i found rather wierd since no forecast has said much wind should be coming. One forecast is saying 7 m/s gusts and my national weather service (DMI) is saying 4 m/s gusts. Al...

Re: "New measurement on demand"

I would still like to hear what people think of this.

And maybe even a response from Netatmo
