Re: Outside sensor shows 0% battery, replaced already x time

Thanks for your reply, gents.

Yes, I have removed the batteries for 2 minutes. The module is inside for two days no.
No luck.

I have also written to Netatmo support (2 days ago) but no reply yet.

Very disappointing.

thanks for your help

Outside sensor shows 0% battery, replaced already x times

Hi all,

my outdoor sensor (firmware 44) reports a red battery symbol (battery low) and does not submit any data anymore.
I have replaced the batteries multiple times and also restarted main station but no change.

Is the outdoor device faulty?
It worked for several years....

thanks

Re: FAQ: All you need to know about firmware upgrades

Re: Why is my main module still on v124?

Nothing is happening. Netatmo does not read this.
I am on v124 for months and no chance to update.
No feedback whatsoever

Re: FAQ: All you need to know about firmware upgrades

Hello, @fiskapa: as always, the new firmware is deployed progressively. It shall be automatically installed to your Station in the next few days :-) Thank you for your patience. Sorry, there is no "automatic update" for ages. I always have to download the wizard and perform the update manually. Eve...
