Re: Support / main module gone bad

Status update: Today, I received an email offering to repair the module for a reasonable price - shipping & handling is on me. I'll go for it.

That's the way I understand support / customer service should be...

Support / main module gone bad

Hi guys, I just would like to share my disappointment with Netatmo... A couple of days ago, the temperature readout of my main module went crazy, constantly showing around 27 degrees (+ - a couple .1 degrees). I placed my second indoor module just next to the main module, and the "real" temperature ...

I already have some kind of protection for my outdoor module, I put it in a bird feeding device, but am not totally satisfied with this solution. It is well protected f...

Yes it does!! :D
Thank you so much for your quick reply! (And for posting the radiation shield idea in the first place, of course)

Re: Protecting outside weather station

I use this one: Davis Radiation Shield Dutch site... Hello Twonky, May I ask if you had to modify the radiation shield in any way? I read your post and ordered the thing, it arrived yesterday. I did not start to assemble it, but my first impression is that the outdoor module will never fit in there...
