I wonder where should I escalate my case of lost data. I also got a new replacement indoor unit (I paid for the "fix" i.e. new indoor unit outside warranty period). In my case I paired the old outdoor unit with the new indoor unit and lost the outdoor measurements at that point. Support was able to ...

I was in touch with your tech support. They acknowledged that the root cause is a hardware problem with the weather station main unit and denied the free warranty fix. However, I'm paying to get the unit fixed and it's now on the way to France to Netatmo. The android bug won't show up if the unit is...
