If it won’t recover, then delete the Dropbox settings and re-add, that should sort it.

Re: Fuse always breaks
That transform should be ok.
Any pictures of the installation?
any details of your installation? ie what chime are you using and how have you wired the system?
The more details you can give the easier it will be for people to advise!

Re: Fuse always breaks
What amperage is the transformer?
It might be worth checking the actual voltage in the circuit with a voltmeter.
Also if you post pics of the installation (transformer, wiring, doorbell and anything else in circuit) someone might spot something!

Re: False postitive reporting
This is already supported.
I am using the IPhone app but believe it’s the same In Android.
Press and hold on the thumbnail of the false positive, you should then get an option “improve detection “ select this, then select “this is not a person “ and click confirm.

Re: Low image quality - Where is the issue?
What exactly do you mean by image quality is not great and takes a while to show properly? Does this mean the image is poor when you first answer, then is ok after that? My image is slightly lower quite when the call is first answered, then improves very quickly! Maybe if you post a screen grab show...
