I’ve got 2.221
My Doorbell suddenly lost wifi connection. Nothing would allow me to reconnect until I had to reset the door bell completely
It’s working now … after a lot of faffing about looking for the screwdriver !

Re: HomeKit Secure Video ?
They cannot be bothered to fix it. It’s very bad that they advertise it is HCSV compatible but it isn’t !! Very bad indeed.

Re: HKSV is also not working after firmware update
Also double posting. I have had 3.5.0 on both out door cameras but HSV hasn’t worked properly for a while now. Last hsv was last week , but it’s sporadic at best.
Presence and welcome both have the same issue.

Re: Lousy detection after firmware update (3.2.0)
Interesting, I have Google nest WiFi mesh. Also in contact with Support. I have 3.5.0 on both cameras, but that has not solved the problem. HomeKit still doesn’t work for me

Re: HKSV is also not working after firmware update
Now I’ve been asked to split the SSID 2.4 and 5ghz as they believe anyone with an issue is using a mesh system…am am …are you? But the trouble is what they suggested via a link to Google Nest support , is to create split ghz networks but it’s never been possible to split the network SSID on Google N...

Re: HKSV is also not working after firmware update
I’ve been asked to clarify my network type and if SSID has same name for both Hz bands which it is. I have Nest Google latest router and 3 nodes.
I also notice that 1 camera started working again for a day then stopped. So it’s very sporadic.

Re: HKSV is also not working after firmware update
I was asked by Metatmo to remove my HomePod to remove the hub , reset all cameras and start again. It was a ,long process. I had to remove a camera to find the HSV code also… After it was all reset and set up again it worked….for a time. But within a few hours it’s stalled again. Not working. I have...

Re: Apple Home cameras online/offline flapping
Me too. I have firmware 3.2.4 on both outdoor cameras after complaining to support and one is fine. The other fails to record and is off line, but I check then it’s on line again. Nothing recorded, later the data is there… I had the same problem with recording on Security but nor on HomeKit. Now it’...

Re: Lousy detection after firmware update (3.2.0)
Interesting - I have OK detection within Security APP but Homekit misses detection of a lot since.
