It‘s just a hunch because „Switched Live from Programmer“ means it‘s a live wire coming from a thermostat and if no thermostat is installed, they usually just connect the phase. I can‘t tell from the photo but if there is currently nothing connected to „2“, move over the wire from „1“, so that there is nothing connected to „1“.
