Since a blackout happened last week my thermostat isn't sending anymore room temperature to netatmo server. It continues to show the correct temperature on the e-ink display but on my iOS app or Web still remains to the last temperature read before the blackout. Tried to power-cycle, changed batteri...

Re: HOMEKIT Compatibility for old relay
Just telling you that the only way to operate an homekit based system is the authentication chip. This chip is called MFI. Is there a MFI chip in previous version of thermostat? No. PERIOD. Netatmo is wrong in not wanting to give us this simple and definitive information. Every update rumor is trash...

Re: HOMEKIT Compatibility for old relay
Homekit for previous version of thermostat (blue light blinking) is simply no possible and it'll never be. There is no MFI chip installed for Homekit authentication procedure. That's all folks.

Thermostat Unpairing Procedure
Hello people
I have to move the thermostat to a new house using a new account. Actually it's associated to my account.
What I have to do? Which is the procedure to unpair it and re-start the pairing procedure with a new account?
Thanks

Hello I'm trying to add the raing gauge to my weather blogpage using potsky php without success. If I look at the test page it seems that there isn't any module installed. I have a perfectly operating rain gauge installed here that I can see within Netatmo iOS app. Why is not listed using netatmo ap...

Rain Gauge disconnected after some hours
Hello, I'm facing with a problem on the new Rain Gauge. Even if it's near the main station and the wireless signal is at maximum for almost all the time (sometime it moves from 5 to 4 bars) the rain gauge disconnects from main station after some hours. To get it back to operate I have to move it or ...
