Re: [Important announcement] Service interruption
This outage really concerns me. Netatmo states the Welcome Cameras are used to "Prevent break-ins or damage on your property" yet all day today I had *no* protection whatsoever. I would like an explanation on what happened and what is being done to prevent a future occurrence. I would also...

It's still not working for me either.

api.netatmo.com Down?
My systems have been unable to access api.netatmo.com for several hours now. The IP address 195.154.172.147 is actively refusing connections on TCP port 443. InnerException = {"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 195.154.172.147:443"} In fact, both IP...

Re: No detection
Same here! Not good for a "security device". My programs that access the API for both the welcome cameras and the weather stations have also failed!

Connection Refused from v6.netatmo.net
My program is unable to download video events from v6.netatmo.net. I am getting this error any time my welcome/presence cameras records a video. I tried sending an e-mail to support, but got a "we are too busy to reply" message. Anyone else seeing this error? Unable To download video event...

Re: Welcome API and Setpersonsaway
I just noticed a possible bug with Setpersonsaway. If I call Setpersonsaway with a person_id, the person status changes to away, but the last_seen is not reset. Shouldn't the last_seen value reflect the time the status changed from home to away?

Re: Healthy Home Coach API is now available!
I just installed my new Netatmo Healthy Home Coach in my home and used the API to integrate with my Netatmo HomeSeer plug-in. I use this device along with HomeSeer to track the noise level near my TV/Stereos, then automatically reduce the volume of my systems when it's too loud (e.g. noise level abo...

Welcome API and Setpersonsaway
Thank you for adding this feature. I'll be able to use this when I set my alarm in away-mode. We now need a Setpersonhome feature. For whatever reason, my camera never recognizes me (I think it's because I have darker skin and glasses). I would like to use a Setpersonhome feature when I arrive home ...

Netatmo Cameras Webhooks
I created a Netatmo Welcome application that runs on a PC within a user's Home. My application was not approved by Netatmo because I was querying the API once per minute which exceeded the *newly* published API limits. I was told to use WebHooks instead to determine if a Welcome event occurred. Has ...
