Nest now does Hot Water in the UK
Whilst I have enjoyed using my Netatmo system for the Central Heating - and I also have a Netatmo Weather Station, I have been disappointed that it can't also control the Hot Water. But I read this morning that the new Nest system will do both. Before I jump ship and leave the Netatmo family, does a...

Re: Apple Safari Extension: Netatmo Weather Widget
My Safari extension works well, but there is never any Rainfall data showing - even though the Rain Gauge is set up and collecting data via the main app. Can I change this?
Many thanks,

Confusing Air Quality data
Am I alone in finding the Outdoor Air Quality & Indoor Comfort status bars confusing? My Outdoor Air Quality (OAQ) bar currently shows a short green bar with "8 - Very Low (Main pollutant: pm10)" next to it; as I understand it this means that the pollution levels are low - and so I wou...

Re: indoor and outdoor sensors don't agree
I am a fairly new user of Netatmo products - a Heating Thermostat, a Weather Station and a Rain Gauge - but I can not fault Netatmo's customer service at all. IMHO it is superb.whumphrey wrote:Netatmo you should really do something about your shocking support.....

Re: Thermostat and hot-water control
The 'Nest' sold by British Gas in the UK (not sure if it is available elsewhere) is the only one that has separate coltrols for hot water I believe. Just to clarify, the (UK) British Gas system that also controls the hot water is called Hive, not Nest. (IIRC the Nest system does not, like Netatmo)....

Re: iOS 8 Widget should be configurable
Really? From a "health care" point of view perhaps, but from an "understanding of the weather" point of view I would disagree.Mediacj wrote:+1 Co2 is much more interesting then mbar
That said, making the widget configurable so everyone can be happy must be a good thing!

Re: Random calls for heat
Gaby, again many thanks for your help, and I owe Netamto an apology for doubting its capabilities :D . I am happy that the water temp in the boiler is set OK, and would agree that the thermal efficiency of my house is terrible - but it is a 620 year old wooden house with lots of "leaks". I...

Re: Random calls for heat
Thanks Gaby; the heating has just come back on again (unrequested), and I really don't see that it needed to come on ~4:30 hours early to rise the temperature from ~14 to 18. Given that, I can't see that it is the prediction option that is causing the boiler to come on. Would you not agree? See scre...
