I have/had the same problem.
The support told me, that there is a "small flaw" in the firmware 72.
They got me updated to 75 a couple of days ago. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the PID to relearn.
Let's see.

Re: Heating prediction after long period of inactivity
Is there a solution for this? Do you still have the problem?
In my case it reaches the chosen temperature at exactly the right time but it overshoots ober 0,7C every time.

Re: Heating prediction after long period of inactivity
Same here.
Since I restarted it after summer it overshoots (a lot). I hope it learns the parameters for the prediction again very soon. It used to work so well.

Spare part - mounting plate
Hello!
Some parts of the mounting plate of my thermostat broke.
Is there any way to get the plate as a spare part?

Re: advance/anticipation calculation fails
The problem is back. Since yesterday the boiler starts only 30 minutes in advance.

Re: Last update App/Website/my observations
Same problem here. The last values in the graph are from about 30 minutes ago.

Re: PID and prediction
In my case, in the advanced settings it tells me right below the switch for the prediction, that it isn't ready yet. (german version)

Re: PID and prediction
I have a similar problem here.
PID is active but the prediction dosn't really work. It's turned on but it's still saying that it isn't available yet so it still uses the 30 min. preheating. But that's not enough at all.
Shouldn't the prediction be available at the same time as the PID?
