Same problem here, I opened a ticket but since the camera is out of warranty I’m afraid that the only solution could be a new purchase 😢

Mine it's still not working. My camera is disconnected, and when it's connected, it doesn't have real time notifications. Perfect timing for this type of bugs, when everybody in Europe is ready to go on holiday.

Here the camera disconnects many time a day, and when it's working, notifications are not in real time. Unbelievable.

Same here, many problems since 2 days: many disconnections without reconnections, no notifications, ecc...I contacted Netatmo help center but their suggestions didn't help. A big problem indeed, specially in this period when many people goes on vacation. Please fix at soon as possible.

Hi, since yesterday my Welcome camera is disconnecting every 30 mins, and then it doesn't reconnect. I don't know if it is a problem related to the firmware upgrade. For a long time my Welcome disconnects without giving any notice. It simply stop recording and monitoring (in the app I see the last movement when the camera was still connected and than nothing). Sometime I notice it two or three days after the disconnection, because of no advice. Recently disconne...

Exactly the same situation...after HomeKit was enabled the thermostat is "horizontal" oriented...any suggestion?
