Thank you for the quick help - it did seem that was going to be the problem.

Re: Thermostat 1st gen - no homekit - plan to change for Thermostat 2nd gen - with Homekit
I think I am about to have to replace my setup as the thermostat seems to be reading crazy temps. Was it easy to change the thermostat in the account/app or any tricks needed ?

Thermostat (not valves) & True Tempertaure Setting
My Thermostat is currently displaying 48.2 Degress C - I can correct it via the app and it shows 21 but the thermostat still displays 48.2. After a day the app matches the termostat again. I have tried new batteries - is there anything else can be done - is it a software bug or has the thermostat ha...

Re: Thermostat Frozen
I guess you have sold this but in case it helps anyone I cured mine by connecting the USB cable to the relay, forgetting the pairing & repairing with the thermostat.

Re: Relay not reachable
Often it will reconnect - if it doesn't then first of all try resetting the heating controls - ie power cycle the relay
Second if that does not work hold the button on the relay down for about 10 seconds until it glows blue and then set the thermostat up again - you can keep the WiFi Config.

Re: Some questions
From my experience the valves "talk" with the thermostat and the thermostat talks with the relay. I have the relay in the garage underneath the thermostat and it gets full signal. The furthest valve is about 15m away from the thermostat and it has one bar of signal and often loses communic...

Re: Need to remove faulty Thermo in Software to install new
All resolved thanks to Brieuc. This worked perfectly, and I am now up and running. :D Thanks for this - my thermostat "locked up" last night could not connect to the relay, did not respond to manual input, resetting the relay did nothing too. I thought I would be buying a new thermostat t...

Re: Can it work with an Electric heater?
I am a big fan of Netatmo, have the thermostat & valves as well as the cameras, but for a heater application I don't think it is suuitable as its switching capacity is at best 4A, possibly 0.5A. https://www.netatmo.com/en-GB/helpcenter/energy/3/can-i-connect-multiple-thermostats-to-my-boiler-or-...
