Re: IOS app - Heating power
In the IOS app you can see what percentage the boiler is being asked to work at by the Netatmo. I’ve got mine wired as a simple thermostat replacement, which is on or off. How does it regulate the boiler load? Does it not work like a regular thermostat, just an on/off switch? the percentage in the ...

Re: Thermostat makes a clicking sound
Yeah sure, it's too big to attach to the post, so I've uploaded it to Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/252315876 Sound happens at 0:07 seconds and again at 0:28 seconds. at 0:07 the target temp goes from 20 to 27 and the relay switches ON at 0:28 the target temp goes from 27 to 20 and the relay switches OF...

Re: Leaving the old thermostat in parallel?
Netatmo IS an on-off thermostat. It just closes or opens a circuitgosmart wrote:My thoughts exactly.
It should work if netatmo is on-off thermostat. I don't know how to verify such assumption.

Re: Leaving the old thermostat in parallel?
i don't see any potential problem... connecting wires to both thermostats you just make a logical OR: if one thermostat OR the other closes the circuit, the boiler startsgosmart wrote:Connected to the same terminals?
That's what I had in mind. Not just parallel use. Electrically connected in parallel.

Re: Only five radiator valves with old Smart Thermostat?
I definitely have the non-homekit version of netatmo thermostat, however the iOS app says that I have 1/20 valves installed. Is it a bug in the app or (hopefully) the old thermostat firmware has been silently updated and we can have up to 20 valves regardless of the thermostat version ? +1 same que...

that will never happen, the v1 relay lacks hardware components for HomeKit compatibility
