Re: outdoor module battery consumption went crazy

Did get a response and they are asking for several things 1. A picture of the location of the outdoor module and 2. the original receipt. No idea where that is so will take a while to locate it. But they did come back to me!

Re: outdoor module battery consumption went crazy

VERY Disappointed... Contacted NetAtmo last Friday via the online support email and other then the "Due to an unexpectedly high number of emails, our response time is slightly longer than usual. We are very sorry about this and assure you that we are doing our best to reply as soon as possible." it ...

Re: outdoor module battery consumption went crazy

I gave up and have contacted support today, waiting to hear back.

Last night I tried to clean it thoroughly, replaced the batteries again, used some compressed air and blew the entire module out and it still does not work.

I am hoping for a replacement or repair and get back in business!

Re: outdoor module battery consumption went crazy

Just a "Me Too" post to say my outdoor module is now eating a set of batteries a week. Will try to take it apart and clean it thoroughly and am pretty sure it is weather\water tight dependent.. I took it inside for a week (after cleaning and replacing batteries) and it lasted for a month. placed it ...

Hi, very cool! But I am confused on how you "install" a skill that is on github and not the Amazon list? What did I miss...

Re: Amazon Echo, Alexa & response from the getstationsdata a

Hi,

I wish I could answer your query!, but I simply wanted to say that this is great and I really am anxious for this to work. We are a NetAtmo & Echo addicted expat family in Norway and look forward to seeing this in action... let me know if I could assist in any testing capacity.

Re: Setting up rain gauge and anemometer on a balcony

I have exactly what you are asking for and am very happy with no issues. We splurged and purchased the fancy mounting brackets at the same time as the rain and anemometer gauges. We live in a 5th floor apartment and haven't worried about removing the unit even with freezing cold, rain and Norwegian ...

Re: Anemometer Update!

I wish you luck, I can imagine it would be frustrating and maybe I have just been lucky. Did you try removing the batteries for a while to reset it? Just an idea to try.

Re: Anemometer Update!

Hello there, I see many complained, just to balance the feedbacks, I must say V13/14 seems a lot better than the old firmware I had. The wind gauge is a lot more reliable atm. Agreed! I wonder if the "problems" could be sorted by removing the batteries (reset) and move closer to the main unit (sign...

Re: Anemometer Update!

Hmmm something is wrong.. I now see that the Anemometer went from v11 to v13 and has stopped reading. I do hope it will update automatically to v14 soon :(
