Forcing thermostat to relearn PID.

Hi, Is it possible to force the Netatmo Thermostat to relearn the heating characteristics of the room it is in? I’ve added valves to all the rooms in my house, except the room with the thermostat in, which I’ve had to turn down the radiator instead (room would be too warm if another valve was turned...

Random activation of 'Manual Boost'

Hi, there seems to be a random error occurring in the morning with my Netatmo Thermostat(j1ad794). Apologies for the long winded description. I have my thermostat set to turn up to 21c @5:45 AM every weekday (except Wednesdays). Usually the adaptive heating function kicks in a couple of hours earlie...

Issue with allowable characters between Web/iOS/Android

Hi, the issue is purely cosmetic, and only affects the user experience. Got a mixture of devices I manage my Thermostat and new valves on. Tend to use the laptop and Website for setting up, then either an Ipad or android (depending what I have at hand in the house) to tweak the temperatures. basical...

Re: Issue with Browser Heating Mode Selection

Ok, figured out that the drop down can be navigated by the using a mouse with a scroll wheel. Unfortunately this is difficult to achieve when on a laptop with only a touchpad.

Issue with Browser Heating Mode Selection

Hi, Currently using Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100) to manage my heating schedules. I currently have about 5+ Heating Modes. So, I select a schedule to edit, and the Edit Schedule pop-up box appears. I select a heating period, and then click on the Heating Mode Drop down box. The Heating mode I am tr...

Re: [Important announcement] Service interruption

Welcome not working, not recognising faces, not detecting movement. Have powered off for 30 seconds to see if this will fix, no joy. Live camera is working. Related to firmware update?
