I've asked before - silence. I'll be replacing my boiler soon, with an OpenTherm compatible model. If Netatmo still won't support it, I'll be replacing my thermostat with one one that does.

Same problem here. There was no noticeable lag with the old version of the app, yet the website and new app both seem to be behind.

Many new boilers support this standard and a lot of competitor smart thermostats are compatible. Netatmo are behind and need to catch up so thermostat users can get the best efficiency out of their heating equipment.

(incidentally, it would be useful if you could post somewhere what the latest versions are, so we know if updates are due)

I've had a lot of trouble with disconnection, but just to add that since my firmware upgrade I've had no issues..hope it stays that way.

Welcome to the world of Netatmo - great while it's working, a piece of junk when it disconnects. I've had my thermostat a year now and it disconnects from the servers at least twice a week. Homekit isn't active and my wi-fi and router are stable and reliable. It's time Netatmo solved this fundamenta...

Firmware upgrade completed a while ago and Homekit disabled and it's been fine. However the relay has disconnected this morning, so perhaps the upgrade isn't the magic bullet we were hoping for

A weeks since my posting on here and no replies (sigh). I eventually heard back from Netatmo with the suggestion that I switch to channel 11 - already done, no effect. The unit has disconnected twice more in the last 7 days and the only fix is cycling the power. I'm away from home now for a few days...
