I have got firmware version 198 in all of my Netatmo Presence cameras.

During the latest two hours, all my Presence cameras now have been updated to f/w 198.

One of my Presence cameras have updated it self to 194, shortly after the fw was released, and yesterday the same camera updated it self to 198, the rest are still on 184. Historically they all have been upgraded at the same time within a few hours.

Erikstoffe, there is no USB connection on the Presence cameras. It is only OTA updates that are available.

I suppose you are thinking of the ones writing about disconnects. I have my cameras on two different sites & haven't got any problems with disconnects. But I have got a high quality UBNT Unifi WiFi network infrastructure on both places & internet connections with high stability.

The bandwith of your internet-connection is only used when looking at the video stream. The videos that are captured, are saved locally in camera at the microSD memory card. Only snapshot pictures, when detecting movement, are sent to the Netatmo cloud service.
