Hi, is it possible to see Welcome Camera Log Files? My Problem is that one of my Welcome Cameras always looses Wireless Network Connection. If I Restart the Cam everything seems to be fine again butnafter a few hours, days it looses connection again. If this is some sort of Wireless Problem why does...

is there any chance that the presence supports the tags in the near future? the ios app still says ‚soon‘. this is a major feature for me because its the only way go get a connection to a tag in the mailbox ort the front windows.
or are the tags dead now...

Can anybofy tell me when i can connect tags to the presence? Setup in the app says "soon" ...

same problem here.... thought that the tags were faulty at first, but found out they work if they are directly near the camera (1m) ... i dont think there is a way to fix this... 80m never ever... not even 10m to my mailbox which is of course metal but exactly the same as they show in their ad...

ethernet mac adress camera: 70:ee:50:13:ac:0c
at the moment the tag is directly near the camera with almost no connection strength - the other tags seem to be fine

Hi Support Team,

Same Problem here... One of the three Tags seem to have a Connection issue. Not reachable within 10m. They are all Brand new and arrived yesterday.
The serial of the faulty Tag is 70:ee:50:17:3e:59. how can i get a replacement?
