Re: Whithout notifications

All cameras are working for me now. The new features are nice.
Still IFTTT is not working, on all applets "check" fails and they are not firing.
Could we get an update on IFTTT?

Re: Whithout notifications

Netatmo,
Are you fixing this?
It's been two days. For same cameras it's starting to work again, but I have few completely stuck

Re: Detection is not working

Netatmo people, I work in cloud services and I'm telling you in the civilized world the service owner provides hourly updates to forums and such whenever the service is down. It is just a sign of transparency and respect. I noticed you managed to backprocess most of the backlog: 6 out of my 8 camera...

Re: Detection is not working

I have the same problem, none of the cameras are detecting anything and as a result not recording anything. This started yesterday at 10pm pacific time and hasn't worked since. I noticed the iOS app had an update too.

How often is the ML recognition retrained?

Hi
I would like to know what is the cycle of incorporating the "improve detection" info back into your recognition?
In other words: do you retrain your models once per day? Per month? Would've helpful to know such one knows when to watch for changes. I assume at best you would retrain once per day?

Re: Are You Happy With Your Presence?

Today took the notification 4 minutes. No matter where whether Android app or ifttt to my Windows devices. If you are looking for real time or near real time notification no Wifi or Internet based system is going to deliver it to you. It might do it most of the time but there is no guarantee. E.g. ...

Re: Are You Happy With Your Presence?

I have two presence cameras. Much better than anything else out there. Minimum false alarms is priceless. Two things that are bugging me: - At night would be great if it stays on night view/infrared view while still turning on the LEDs light. The infrared view is far better even with the flood light...

Could I get the camera name in motions list in the app?

This would be useful: I use the motion detection on both of my Welcome cameras. In the app there is no way to tell at a glance what motion event is from what. Even the small snap-shot would help to be able to scan the list at a glance. They all have the green icon and say "motion detected" and I can...

Cannot save alert zones

I just completed the setup for my 2nd presence and I cannot save the alert zones. Works for the 1st one. It says alert zones saved but when I reopen it's the old zones. I tried 20 times, closed the app retried.
Any hints?

Re: Indoor module shows CO2 at 0 ppm

Thank you. That did it. I was just wondering why Netatmo software doesn't do that automatically. I just pressed a button in the app so it is all software. Basically if the Netatmo software detects the sensor is sending out zero for like a week or so it should just trigger a calibration on its own. T...
