Re: Geofencing has stopped working?
I have the reverse issue. My wife’s phone will not keep her set her to stay home and once the set time elapses she shows as away. She has an account and is invited to the welcome and set as me. This worked fine until a week or two ago. Toggling her location etc on and off does not resolve it.

Re: Netatmo Welcome with Netgear Orbi?
Hi there. I had the exact same router and moved to orbi and experienced your exact scenario. This was my fix and email to Netatmo advising as much. See below. Hope it helps. I have good news in that I managed to fix the issue. I had ports 500 and 4500 forwarded as I have been instructed in the past ...

Re: Defective SD card reported
I have the same issue however I have now replaced the A’s card twice and the camera eventually destroys the new one. I now feel it is a camera issue. The last one only last three weeks.

Re: Multiple alarm notifications from single event and lag
I get that as well. Swapping in a new sd card or formatting that one fixes it for a few months.

Re: Secure Connection
I had a similar issue with the Netgear Orbi. Port forwarding port 5001 fixed it for me as I found it has a "complex link" service running on that port. UPnP took care of 500 and 4500 I'm guessing as no matter I did I could not unblock those with port forwarding or dmz. They are currently just left a...

Re: Netatmo Welcome with Netgear Orbi
I have good news in that I managed to fix the issue. I had ports 500 and 4500 forwarded as I have been instructed in the past but for some reason Orbi just would not unblock them or the service was unreachable. I ran a service scan on the welcome and it showed “complex link” on port 5001. I port for...

Netatmo Welcome with Netgear Orbi
Has anyone got this combination and got the Welcome working? I switched from a Linksys WRT1900AC to Orbi and suddenly the camera will not stream in the app. It was able to be set up manually with static IP etc and is on the network with a strong signal. The motion and occupancy sensors react perfect...

Re: Presence: Horrible Sound from Microphone - Is this norma
Interesting, I have two presence cameras and both make this wind type white noise. I can still hear other noises over it. Just thought it was normal.

Camera shutting down with floodlight
Hi team One of my Presence cameras (love these things by the way) has just developed odd and frustrating behaviour. It works fine and has the infrared led lights on at night as expected. It then detects a person or animal as expected and the floodlight comes on. However after about ten seconds it cr...

Re: Noise no longer registered
Never mind thanks. Two reboots fixed the issue and it now registers noise in the app.
