getmeasure null vs 0

For most devices/modules, the getmeasure endpoint returns nulls for non-applicable measures (e.g. when requesting "CO2" measurements for an outdoor module). The wind gauge however appears to return 0 values for "Humidity" and "Temperature" measurements, rather than null. Is this a known issue, or ju...

Re: Rate Limit?

So what is the default rate limit? I haven't reached the limit so far, and can probably throttle my requests to avoid hitting the limit.

Rate Limit?

Does the Netatmo API have an official rate limit (e.g. max 500 requests per hour per token or per application)?

Re: CO2 won't drop below 530ppm

Thanks, the numbers do add up, roughly, but it's hard to know if they might be off by 50-100ppm. I'll give Netatmo the benefit of doubt :-)

Re: CO2 won't drop below 530ppm

OK, finally got a reading of 406ppm, though it jumps back up to 500-600ppm if the window isn't left wide open, and there is someone in another room, and to 1000ppm when there is someone in the same room for an hour or so. Seems too sensitive, but I can't know for sure.

Re: CO2 won't drop below 530ppm

Once the recalibration has been launched, the station shall not be powered off for 6 to 12 hours. Is this the case ? Yes, the station has been on without interruption for several weeks now. In addition to having "automatic calibration" enabled, I've explicitly started a calibration twice now during...

Re: CO2 won't drop below 530ppm

I've done the "calibrate now CO2", but even after several days (and plenty of fresh air), the lowest recorded value is around 500ppm. Should I contact support to get the unit replaced, or could this just be a software issue?

[SOLVED] - CO2 won't drop below 530ppm

I've noticed that CO2 won't drop below 530ppm, even after several days of calibration and plenty of fresh air. Other than that, the data looks reasonable, though CO2 seems to rise quite fast (to >1000ppm in a medium-sized room, occupied by one person for an hour, with a window left open a bit, and n...

Netatmo server status?

I'm seeing occasional delays of an hour or more before data from my Netatmo station shows up in the web interface, or can be retrieved through the API. Now I'm not sure if the problem is with my Netatmo station, or if the server accepting data had temporary issues... Is there a status page that show...

Even the "indoor comfort"? Isn't this value based on the temperature, humidity and CO2 readings?
