No data in the app

Strange but real sometime the app of home coach riveals no data. As wi fi connection was lost. But the Homekit app display all data. What can i do?

Hello, why do not sell to the consumers kit of specific adaptor for netatmo valves? Fox example ten M30X1,5, as the danfoss rav, the m28x1 and the pettinaroli that are ready to buy in netatmo shop?

Battery dry very hard

Good morning, I installed 7 valves on in my home. Only one of this has a problem: battery pack dries very hard. I changed 2 packs in 15 day, and i changed also the brand of the battery. I tried an hard reinstall of the valve but the situation do not change. I'm not able to understand if it is an har...

But if it is possibile to launch manual update it is possibile to launch automatic update. Why not? Netatmo know the serial number of our thermostat.. Why do you upgrade firmware online on request? A lot of us need ti use Home Kit. Launch Ota update please. yep, it seems auto-update never works...
