Valves - epic fail !

Hi, tonight my boiler (not regulated by Thermostat) got into an error condition so rooms where quite chilly when I got up late this morning. I then quickly heated via wood-oven before fixing the boiler. Screenshot-2017-12-14 Netatmo(1).png So one can see that temp - as measured by valve - got stuck ...

Re: Are the Valves reducing your monthly Bills?

Same with me. Currently they consume much more energy than needed because they simply do not work. They are constantly overheating rooms, esp. in conjunction with an additional heat source (eg. wood oven in my case). Classical thermostatic valves do a much better job currently. I can only hope that ...

Re: Valve temperature stuck

Behavior of the valves improved dramatically since Friday for me.

Make sure the relay gets to FW 160 and valves to 49 and give it a try before returning them.

Re: Valves not closing after a few days

Brieuc, for all valves but one the situation has improved dramatically. Thank you for that. For my bathroom, the valve still does not close fully, I just touched the radiator and it is warm (not full-power but still heating) but no request for heat is needed and displayed in the app: Screenshot-2017...

Re: Netatmo Smart Radiator Valves

When my relais was updated to v160 it took 6 hours for the first 3 valves to get to v49 and 6 for the remaining 2.

Much better regulation since last weekend

Hi, it looks there is some progress. Looking at yesterdays graphs there is much more granular regulation happening and also the temperature, compared to Netatmo Station in the same room, looks really good: Screenshot-2017-12-5 quellenweg.png Screenshot-2017-12-5 Netatmo.png Temperature deviates abou...

Re: Valves not closing after a few days

Re: Valves not closing after a few days

Hi, I really hoped the issue that fixed BUT IT ISN'T. As you can see in the graph in put manual override to 15 degrees at around 12 o'clock Screenshot-2017-12-1 Netatmo.png I just touched the radiator and it is HOT. Station sees a decrease of temperature at noon which is what I would expect. Around ...

I assume you mean battery taken out (to reset) and then put back in again?
Sure :P , otherwise there would be no new measurements ...

Re: Valve temperature stuck

Valve mesasures 20.1 at 05:00 this morning and only varies up to 20.8 during the day. I have switched off heating by setting manual temp: Screenshot-2017-11-30 Netatmo(1).png In contrast Station in the same room starts at 20.5 at 5:03. That difference is perfectly fine due to tolerance. But then the...
