Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
So I wrote to netatmo support the other day and the response is very, very disappointing. The rep wrote me that geo-fence does only work when having a Welcome camera and argued that this would be needed to make this work. This is total nonsense as the geo-fence has nothing to do with the camera, it ...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
oh wow, my interpretation of the slider is completely different: I set it to "from 0:00 to 23:59" to get notification during the whole day. Setting it from "23:59 to 23:59" in my understanding would disable it completely, the interval is zero. Strange that it works for you, reall...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
This is how it looks in my case. No such menu. :-( As a side note: does the time interval override the geo-fence or is it an addition to the geofence. IMHO the later does not make any sense at all. I also have a canary and there I have a night mode that overrides the geo-fence, which I think is very...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
@EssexBoyRacer I have the "Receive Presence Notifications" section, however I only have the two sliders to change the time. There is no option for "always or only when you are away". Do you have a beta version of the security app? Or do you use the android version? I have Version...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
@EssexBoyRacer: where do I find this option? We are talking about Presence camera, not Welcome!

Re: deactivate presence when home
I think it should work automatically using a geo-fence. This technology works really well and I do not want to manage schedules manually. Every day is different, my phone knows whether I'm home or not, why does my netatmo camera not know?

Re: Notifications for multiple cameras
In my case the cams are close together, when one can reports something, the other will normally too, just two seconds later. It would be handy if the notifications would be so clever that it does not trigger multiple notifications within seconds, one is enough. But I agree, an option to configure no...

Re: Please consider introducing a snooze alerts feature!
Wouldn't it be a lot better to have geofencing? I also have some several Canary cameras and the geo fence there is absolutely perfect. When one of the family member is at home, notifications are disabled automatically and re-enabled when the last person leaves. It really should be like this: automat...

Video playback broken
Some of the videos don't play back anymore: - some work, some won't - audio plays, but no video (at least for some videos, not sure for all) - dont' play in iOS app and not in web app - in web app I could download the video (tested only one) - it is broken on multiple cameras. One cam however does n...

Re: missing homeKit Code
[quote="Johan_Netatmo"]@gnaegi The HomeKit code is generated by the iOS device. It cannot in any way travel from a device to another. A screenshot of the code is taken during the process and saved in the camera roll. We cannot take a screenshot if the user doesn't actually see the screen. ...
