Re: Multiple homes, multiple thermostats

I'll try to answer at least some of your questions: You can have and manage multiple "homes" in the app, but the homes can't interact with each other. Meaning you'll need to create a separate schedule for every home. Regarding groups and zones, you can only create "rooms" and add Thermostats or Valv...

Re: Thinking of Buying Sensors are they working?

Yes, the Sensors connect to the Smart Indoor Camera. Without one you can‘t use them.

Re: Thinking of Buying Sensors are they working?

I don’t have them, therefore I can’t gibe you a review.
But I wanted to say that you‘ll need the Smart Indoor Camera first to use the Tags. They don‘t work stand-alone.

Re: Ambassador Programme

For any questions about compatibility please use the Wiring Smart Doorbell thread or create a new topic and put your chime manufacturer and model or a setup description in the name for better searchability, thank you ;)

Re: Ambassador Programme

Ok that is one chime with a build in transformer, maybe it works with that one as well. Once a couple of people get their hands on the device, there will be more informations about compatibility and setup. Since Lengrad acquired Netatmo some time ago, you could try do DM @Arthur_Netatmo to double-ch...

Re: Ambassador Programme

@MickUrsell
You need an analog high or low voltage setup with a chime. Something like a simple electrical „loop“: L - Pushbutton - Chime - N

Re: Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat

The "away" status can only be applied to the whole "house". Also you're right, changing houses currently leads to a reset with losing history-data. Other users faced the same with another issue: https://forum.netatmo.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=18159 I'm afraid there is no option for you to use your We...

Re: Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat

Have you tried putting the 3 Thermostats in 3 different „rooms“ of the same „house“ in the software, like you would with their Valves instead of 3 different „houses“?. You would have to set up a combined schedule for that, tho. The issue here is the introduction of „houses“ and the recent addition o...

Re: Single Station connected to multiple Thermostat

Well to operate the 3 Thermostats independently, you have to configure them as different „houses“, as you correctly did. The data of the Weather Station can only be fetched from a Thermostat in the same „household“ and you can assign the Weather Station only to one „household“ at the time. So yes, t...
