Pour activer cette option il faut que la caméra soit en v440.
Il est possible que juste après l'installation elle n'ait pas encore reçu la mise à jour.
Est-ce que ça a été réglé ?

Hi Jackoline, your cameras should have updated to v440, which contains many improvements regarding the Sensors compared to v169 and v180.
If your cameras have not updated yet, please send me their serial number in a private message so I can look into it.

You can invite other users to the Home (from the settings menu => Guests). All users will have admin rights.

Ce problème a été réglé avec une màj du fw de la caméra.
Si vous avez besoin de changer la config de vos caméras, merci de contacter le support pour qu'on vous envoie la màj tout de suite.
