Oh boy,

This should be the time the first installed thermoststats would need new batteries. How did you know the battereies should ne changed? Were they flat?

I have installe an ITTT to warn me when the thermostat's batteries are low.

Brieux is right: give the algorithm time to learn AND expect differences when the temperures rise or fall significantly: the PID has to learn again. The only way to overcome this behaviour is a modulating system: it looks and analyses all the time and turns on/off your boiler as needed. It is a verr...

The answer about "unexpected high demand" is standard: you will receive it with ALL of your demands.

Seems like there is too little people working on customer support, or Netatmo doesn't give a damn.
