Log in to the web interface @ https://my.netatmo.com/. In the " Device Settings " (the 'gear wheel' icon), you can scroll down to " USERS " and you should see the additional email address in the list. Pre-allocate it, by its MAC address on whatever device is acting as DHCP server on your home network. This is (probably) your wireless Router.
